Refund and Returns Policy

At Desert Fox Distribution LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our electronic products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include this in your return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-refundable;
  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products;
  • Items that are opened and cannot be returned for health or safety reasons (such as headphones, earbuds, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@desertfoxdistribution.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant images (if the product is damaged or defective).

  2. Wait for Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to ship the item. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving authorization first.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted, such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Refunds can take several business days to be processed.

  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at support@desertfoxdistribution.com to arrange for an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent).

  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@desertfoxdistribution.com with your order number and images of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
